The FROID doctoral program, administratively hosted by the Scuola Normale Superiore, is the product of a collaborative initiative involving universities, advanced research institutions, and foundations. For each four-year cycle, these partners establish a formal agreement, jointly funding doctoral scholarships and coordinating the program’s academic and training activities. The affiliated institutions contribute to the composition of the Faculty, which also includes distinguished scholars in philological studies from other Italian and European universities.

Listed below are all the institutions that have participated in these agreements to date. On the pages dedicated to each cycle, the logos of the institutions that have provided scholarship funding for that specific cycle are displayed.
