Emanuela Fortuna was educated at the University of Bologna and the University of Pisa, where in 2025 she earned her Master’s degree with a thesis in Romance philology and Text encoding entitled “Autografia e variantistica d’autore: per un’edizione critica digitale del Codice degli abbozzi di Petrarca (Vat. lat. 3196)”, supervised by Speranza Cerullo and co-supervised by Angelo Mario Del Grosso.
